The MHS girls lacrosse team defeated Hudson on Friday April 11 by the score of 14-11. Mackenzie Little led the scoring with 9 goals. Sarah Hanahan notched two tallies while Katie Desko, Nikki Carter and Alexa Galliac each had one goal. Megan McDonough got the win in goal making 10 saves.
|4/16/2014 ||The MHS girls varsity lacrosse ran their record to 3-1 on the season with a 16-3 win over Fitchburg on Thursday April 10. Katie Desko and Mackenzie Little led the scoring with 3 goals apiece. Sarah Hanahan and Nikki Carter each had two goals. Rounding out the scoring with one goal apiece were Abby Chrisafideis, Alexa Galliac, Chloe Bartlett, Ashley Desko, Robin Laporte and Shayla Terrasi. Great win and confidence builder for our team, winning 16-0 over Fitchburg, Goalie Gatzunis has his first shutout of the season with 25 saves. Oustandanding offensive games from Our attack combining for 9 goals 7 assists. Defensively Jon Burke as well as the rest of our defensive players stepped up. Winning the face off and ground ball battles were nice to see.

The JV Panthers won their 3rd straight Monday at Westboro behind a solid complete game performance from Mike Gould. Extra base hits provided by Liam Shanahan, Kevin Murphy, and Andrew West. Zac Huaman continued to deliver RBI's and Spencer Geary also had a timely RBI.
The Marlborough High School Varsity Baseball Team lost Monday to Westborough 5-2. Leo Coelho was the starting pitcher for Marlborough. Garrett Harrington pitched 5 scoreless innings and struck out 5. Marlborough's record is now 3 wins and 1 loss.

MHS JV SOFTBALL: MHS win over Quabbin
Liv Larson lead the charge in the Panthers victory over Quabbin allowing only 2 hits and striking out 13. Jill Petrie came up big with a home run and Mariah Berry had an amazing catch in centerfield.

Kevin Falvey started the game earning the win with Cam Plank behind the plate. Zac Huaman was 3-3 with a couple RBI's. The JV Panthers overall record 2-1. Solid play in the field was the difference highlighted by Mike Gould's put outs at shortstop. Chris Brier also made an over the shoulder catch in foul territory.

Milford 3 Marlboro 0
The Marlboro Boys' Volleyball team was defeated by Milford last night 3-0 25-5, 25-8, 25-8. The runner up in the state finals were running on all cylinders as the cruised to the victory. Standouts for Marlboro were Alex Trombetta, Joe Tirpak, and Jake Monfalcone. The Panthers will play Clinton at home on Monday.

Girls JV Lacrosse Marlborough 5 Hudson 7
The jv girls lacrosse team lost a close game to Hudson on Friday, April 11th. The Panthers were off to a good start, with Viv DaSilva scoring off a defensive break away. Kylie Navarro and Erin Doherty added a goal of their own during the first half. Although Marlborough struggled during the second half, both Viv DaSilva and Erin Doherty were able to add another goal apiece. Liz Cronin handled the ball well behind the net and Tayisha Marinho set a couple of key screens for her teammates. Amber Pierre displayed some nice footwork on the defensive end. Olivia Servaes was goal keeper for the Panthers.
